It was recently that I took a swim after stormy weather, some droplets of water were still falling. In the pool which I thought was empty, I found two young adults. It was funny because they had goggles on and kept on looking from the top to the bottom in the same spot. Obviously, my instinct was to as if they what they were looking for…maybe a snake? alligator? Some sort of animal and they started laughing. It was interesting because it developed into a conversation of goggles. In my heart, my thought what is God’s message. Goggles are meant for people to see better, and to protect their eyes…in this case, chlorine as they said, as well protects against dust, debris, and water…yet it does not protect your nose, your mouth, or even your face. We spoke about different aspects and of course, God discerned and scrutinized in his way. Goggles take away your transparency, it is amazing how Father Almighty shows your soul through your eyes, He shows us different points from every person encountered. In the end, one of them received the zeal and the other said he has his own way and listened carefully.
At times, I will lie in the pool and float. You will see me extend my hands and place my two legs together and surrender as I pray. It is a beautiful moment, where you feel Father sustaining your body up and under holding your body. One of them asked if I could show him and I agreed, it is a beautiful exercise of faith and surrendering not because of the floating as we all can float in our way, but because placing your body and surrendering let your whole body lift up in a cross position, tilting a bit your head and letting water come over a bit on your eyes as they are closed. Listening, truly listening to your heartbeats, opening my prayers, and giving in to the moment. As you help others understand the exercise, it is interesting how their bodies tilt or half float and the other part sink in. Here is the question…how much do we trust our Father in Heaven? What have we battled to finally surrender? and I am here a moment. It is an exercise to release, to let go and just be in the moment knowing that everything is in the hands of our heavenly Father.
In the second part as we doing this exercise from grayish color, it changed to pink, light blue, and white clouds.- meaning Mysteries that bring faith and peace. As we continued, came a man from Hong Kong named Sam. He is a safeguard here at the Plantation Aquatic Complex, He also swims professionally and teaches as well as his son who I think He told me is the one on the plantation swim team. A proud Father as he spoke about his family. So he asked me to swim and noticed something for him interesting, I swim by exercising my arms and not kicking my legs. Obviously, everything has a purpose as how I float. You see when we swim, we impulse ourselves with our legs to get to the end of the race. Arms are the strength and legs the impulse, in this exercise, you working on the strength of your arms a close encircling with the arms and pressure to the chest especially as a sign of affection, hug, and acceptance. There are times that I swim where I just do my strokes and place my legs together and swim like a fish with its back part. When we pray, Father Almighty gives us the strength and power to pray, to rebuke and heal, much more actually. We elevate our hands asking for permission so his healing gloves come down and impose themselves on us and heal sickness.
To find this strength, I let His flow overcome everything surrounding me, let the water just be, and give in. The beauty of the strokes in swimming “means that if your triceps aren’t strong, you’re missing out on a significant chunk of each stroke.” “It is the core group of muscles, which this book defines as the area from the neck to the knees, including all of the upper-back and shoulder muscles, the abdominal muscles, and the trunk and upper-leg muscles.” It’s most effective all-round stroke for toning and building muscles.” But, what do arms mean “Sweetness, softness, which is extended seeking to draw people near, share and union with others, motherly protection and defense of others.” As for Father Almighty, arms His power and his mercy, his consolation. He comes with such power and justice, his holiness and his strength, As you swim only arms just letting your body join the rhythm no kicking or pushing just arm strokes, feel the power, feel the authority he provides us so much strength and growth, feel your body in one. Let Him speak to you, and just be one. By building this strength, when you start pushing for more and moving your back legs, kicking it will provide impulse, velocity, and again as you use your whole core, such a stability and mobility having a solid base so may continue moving forward in valiancy.
Here I want to bring up the word “transparency” and its purpose, as I received the next day from a friend and everything that was done that day in the pool had a purpose. We spoke about the “condyle” which is a part of her jaw and “the coracoacromial ligament (CAL) connects the acromion and coracoid process of the scapula, forming an osseoligamentous static restraint to superior humeral head displacement.” The acromium from the spine to the scapula, toward the front of the body stabilizes the shoulder joint attached by ligaments to the clavicle, the deltoid muscle, and the muscle forming the rounded contour of the human shoulder. Pain, bothersome, the spiritual side of in order for some light to shine and be in peace with her heart means being able to listen and being able to speak freely to develop what is right or share whether the family, or friends agree to disagree. It is where when you swim, and swim arms only, it is a liberating feeling as you concentrate on arms building strength, letting go of what you carry on your back working in those muscles to be fortified, providing a deeper sensitivity, as testimony from my friend spiritually is a section that sustains her internal everything, shields and protects internal organs, it also teaches to be able to surpass and allows to overcome temptation that wants to sweep you away from the circumstance. Basically what Father Almighty is saying is that everything is possible in his hands and by faith not by sight but in the hope you will overcome. In this case it is her. musculature that covers the support of space, so that the spirits that come to tempt her, so that her growth is stumbled. It is part of the learning process being able to just let God take over and I mean spiritually. I am not a Doctor which is why I told her that she needs to see a specialist. Sometimes it is difficult to understand the trial or tribulation but in the midst and how God teaches and guides is awesome always with you, taking you out of the moment. Hereby the word “acceptance” as we accept the work God is doing in us and learn in the growth of his grace.
As A.W Tozer said, “Complacency is a deadly foe of all spiritual growth.” “The modern scientist has lost God amid the wonders of His world.” “Our gifts and talents should also be turned over to Him [God]. “To have found God and still to pursue Him is the soul’s paradox of love.”

This week, there is this beautiful smell of Sandalwood, I don’t have Sandalwood in my house, I have no idea where it is coming from, But, it is a beautiful fragrance in Scripture, sandalwood is referred to as “aloes” and is called one of the oils of joy and gladness along with frankincense, myrrh and cedarwood. Life has its moments, we live everyday a cycle and what God says is do not let the cycle take away your joy, your gladness, everything will be given in the right moment, take a leap of faith and give thanks that you are alive, the rest will be given and be better, a new opportunity, a testimony on how God saved you and rebuilt everything for you. The word 2620. “chasah” to seek refuge,7365. “rechats” to trust , placing your confidence in God. 4537. “masak” to mix, to mingle. As said in Guidepost “God’s glorious promise, fight harder than you ever fought before”, gain strength now more than ever because you have been given a new door.”
Glory be to the Father, to the Son and the Holy Spirit Thank you Lord for what you have given and what is being expanded in each one as an individual learning and growing in our hearts, seeking to humble and ask and especially for time. “As Time is what you are asking for and Time is what has been given to each person, a reminder of what is granted every day, time scrutinizes how much you have used it for me, a time to seek, time to thank, time for wisdom, time to heal, time for your financials and work, a time to grow and a time to turn in it all. Most of all a time for each one to recognize in your heart what you have done with this beautiful gift of time. Suffering will pass, the pain will end, the sadness will cease, and at the same time the rejoicement will come, the smile will shine, and the contentment will start. It starts with each individual heart, a beautiful reminder to seek this gift that is given to you such a privilege to be breathing, be alive, to have what you have at the end for…to be thankful, to be faithful to the one who provides. Learn from what has, been given, learn from what has been taken, and stand in Strength in light accepting as what it is, seek and you will find me when you connect. I am here, I am listening give me your heart, not your lips mumbling but your heart, and the light will always shine on you and the doors will be open to find contentment says Jesus in this day of Grace. I see it all, when you Stand at the door with efforts to come in to your house exhausted seeking for breath, for a time to sit in silence but you are received and the children run to you and your wife runs to greet all seeking your attention. You take the time in the middle of tiredness to give your love. Blessed my soul, Blessed my soul the one who takes time to love, to listen, and provide attention to those who need me in you. Would that not be considered essential, a tithe to your Father watching over you whereas you have asked in your time to oversee it in your family. Have I not complied with my son. Giving up some time or something essential is what my eyes see in you. When the boy comes running to you, he asks to play in the park or a drive, calls but you have no time, Live my Glory, what do you do when you are in my presence, you pray you give me time, time it is time, time that you give in to me, time that also shall be given to the rest yours to choose. Is that not beautiful, it is that what a father gifts to all, is not what is inherited by you? Time what a beautiful gift provided to overwhelm you because every single second counts, given to you to seek Wisdom, given to provide Hope, given to you to share Faith, given you to provide Love, and all these words are in just seconds of holding a hand, providing a smile, giving a word, sharing, caring and bringing contentment to who I place in your path or journey.
Seek for Wisdom, as the time is coming that decisions will be made, your path to open many new opportunities, and dreams that will be fulfilled. Place it in my hands all, place your needs, a time for new beginnings, a time for you to explore. Will you help me pray, Father I humble myself with love to seek wisdom, so that my heart is always filled with Hope knowing that you are holding my hand, knowing that you are walking with me, let me use my time wisely. to be in your presence, to share with my family, and be able to share and care for others as you taught us through your second commandment to love each other, your fourth commandment to honor my father and mother for the days they shall be here. Learn what they have given me in good and apply it to others. I ask you, Lord, once again, and if it is in your will for all those battling sickness, for those in financial struggles, so doors may be open as you have done for others, for the children, youth guidance and for each one of us so we can be thankful everyday for the blessing you give us. One tiny feather, a reminder meaning honor and a connection between the owner, and the Creator, symbolizes trust, honor, strength, wisdom, power, and freedom. It is an object that is deeply revered and a sign of high honor.

*Use this time to tone and build muscles but in my Kingdom, in me. Use the stairs that I have provided to each one of you that allows you to come and go as an open door, as angels also go up and done. A crystal staircase as it comes out from the ocean and takes you all the way to my Kingdom. It is a time of purification and you like me what it meant means I come to remove all impurities, bringing growth, revival, bringing youth to see the changes, and understanding that time is essential. It is a time of capacity and not being able to cease, not come to an end as every single one of you has been given victory, it is just following the path to get there, arriving there. So today lift up, do not let faith fade away but bring joy in the middle of the midst, when there is no understanding, when there is conflict, in the middle of the lack of resolutions, such activity, such action but no resolution finalizing the stage at where you are says Jesus Christ in this day of mercy, It is time to be humble, not harming or cheating anybody, seek to be obedient to your elders, a time to kneel and pray for every situation for the swirl and the waters, the process of the land, for what you can see and what you cannot, letting the leaning be processed so you appreciate the values that are taught at home, let it be an enhancement for learning and mutual activity in growth of your children, proceeding in a certain direction, being able to make plans and fulfilling every single step. Yes, my children a time to come together and lift our hearts and our voices in one song, one prayer, one call, yes, amazing things can happen when two or more gather together I am listening says the Lord of the Heights. Rushing winds, changes in at the atmosphere, changes in the body of waters but also bodies healed, lives transformed, and people changed. Appreciate what others do for you, and recognize what function every single person has in this world. A time for respect for everybody, a time for justice, a time to be gracious and extend a helping hand, and commit, to rescue all nations. Take a look at nature, take a look at the birds and how beautifully designed they are as they fly with their little tiny bird and carry them in order to build their nest. Piece by piece, it starts its journey to build the nest where it will lay its eggs. In its journey to rebuild, they use their beak to looping, attaching pieces interweaving together making it safe, they check the security and if it is not good, they tumble and restart to build again. You are part of his creation and He is looking over you, do not let go but in fortitude, in strength, seek that balance that only he can give. Bow your heads in unity, open your doors for a time to pray or be vigils in the 5 days left of the vigil says the Lord, and place in his hands all says Jesus in this day there is no inability nor uselessness there is power in my name and there is authority and growth for those who seek to edify stronger your faith. I am the fountain of all your victories, of your wisdom, our strategies and the decision that you place in my hands says the Lord in this day of grace
Oh my dear soul, oh my Dear Child, yes you, each one of you there is so much happening in this place which you all love so much or at least claim to love, as not many of you do not realize how much is being placed that contaminates the waters, that pollutes the air that I provided to each one of you to breath. It may be that you stumble and unconsciously do not realize what you have done and even I let you dream with clarity, providing you stairs so that you may be in communion with me. Was it not what you asked me, my dear? Let me be the one to go up and down the staircase where angels come and go visiting and being in communion with human beings. Angels come and go, visiting hospitals, visiting room by room, even houses of every person around the world that I have been to and where many have been praying. I have and am sending consoling angels and healing angels so they may bring peace says the Lord of the Heights. I listen to every single soul, every tear that comes down, every emotion that stutters your heart, to you who to recent surgery and asked for them to pray for you. For you the one in the cliff and climbing rock. Even to you, the one who wants to help, and you ask me every day, what can I do Lord? How can I help today I tell you, child of mine, it is all in my timing, Time is what I am providing many, as they come to seek me, and they find with tears of joy in their eyes says the Lord and those, yes, those who give in all will be remunerated from my Kingdom as angels are accompanying you wherever you go.
