Reflect and Remain: The five 5 R’s Reflect, Refresh, Refine, Regenerate, and Renew

Fun and Feeling blessed as my men are coming home. One here, and today the oldest is flying in to spend time. Difficult to concentrate, as they seek and love playing around with home but it is always fun I don’t get to see them a lot so enjoying to be able to stand firm…standing up instead of tumbling. I feel like a football or soccer ball. Love in my language. So the writing is in the “in-between” I can tell you, yesterday was a shock as my son asked to pray with me…love pure love from Father Almighty.

There is so much more to do, setting aside personalities, having no complaints… especially when you choose to close the doors to the spirits that come to afflict you as a person and by spirits I mean sadness, irritability, uncontrolled, and many more. It is so humbling to see his works in action, he can take in a second’s something that in one’s eyes is impossible and change it in a second with a single quiet prayer in your head. There are several words for today, but one of them is reflection. As I was staring out the window, there stood a beautiful bird and his reflecting image in so much peace as he stood in the water. The image that we reflect of ourselves towards others, whether it is truthful, whether it is sincere, but the most important the image that you reflect when you come out of that moments when you have prayed, praised, meditated and there is this joy that can’t be taken away, the sensation of balance knowing that your Father has your back, has you in the palm of his hand.

It pretty much reminds me of the song from the movie Mulan called reflections, beautiful lyrics, and song. A reflection of who you are, in the triumph of accepting who you are. Setting your heart to be free, to fly, to achieve and who you are and with your belief. It is a courageous movie in defense of family, especially a Father. It honors what is in her heart. Coming back to what is related…The words for today and defined by Merriam -Webster are Reflection: Consideration of some subject matter, idea, or purpose. Accept: to agree to undertake (a responsibility). Triumph: a great or important victory. Territory: a field of knowledge or interest. Power: to move about by means of motive power, Refresh: to freshen up, renovate, Refine: to become pure or perfected. Regenerate: restored to a better, higher, or more worthy state. Renew: to begin again, resume. Stand: to tolerate without flinching: bear courageously. Remain: to stay in the same place or with the same person or group,. Gladness: marked by, expressive of, or caused by happiness and joy, causing happiness and joy, pleasant. Honor: privilege. Glorify: extol, to light up brilliantly.

Glory be to the Father, Glory be to the Son and Glory be to the Holy Spirit.- In this moment where I am bringing an immense reflection to your heart says Jesus in this day as many allow infiltrations in you. There are many spirits that you allow them to invade, it is time to change. So today, I am bringing light, light that reflects from the day that you were born. What good would be done, if you allow your mind take over your heart and soul, creating control that will bring you deeper concerns of the situation that is being faced says the Lord. Take a minute to reflect, look at your life and take the moments of good, do you see the blessing says the Lord in this day? Let yourself accept the circumstance, find yourself in my presence, look at where you are at this moment. It is the true experience of my power in you says the Lord. Many people cannot see beyond their surroundings and experience what I am trying to provide to each one of them. They are creating their own environment, letting everything else torment them, and find no way out.

So today says the Lord, I am inviting you to be with me, create a list, open up your needs in your heart, to focus in what is in you to find your balance. Release everything in my hands of what cannot be controlled, rebuke the spirits that are afflicting as I bring change. Yes, change to what is being done in your life, change to that precious daughter of you, who wishes to dance and be the best. Your biggest desire is to see her enjoy what she most likes to do. There are times that I need to come and control, certain circumstances places her own body at risk. You once told me you wanted to be rescued, and so I rescued you. I saved you from the accident in that blue sports car and allowed you to live. I gave you a third chance said the Lord, this to be good and kind. This has been achieved but not completely says the Lord. I will come in these days as a reflection, because what I want to do in you is refresh, refine and renew, make a new you that will bring change to others, even to your family. New standards, no more pain to others but to love your family unconditionally.

Take a minute to focus, take a minute to breathe the air that I am giving to you, bring that list to that place where you move to go, and decide the changes you want to do. Be at your best and take a look at the place where you ski, remember to accept what I am placing on your plate.

Oh yes, I am bringing plates filled with food, all colored fruits so you can eat them all, so much mana and in preparedness for you to share. I come to speak to you again. It is a time to share, a time give, a time to forgive, it is a season to place a stop, set your self free. You find this in me, take time to come and find me whether it is at the lake, whether it is at that park where you play with children, whether in the high seats of that stadium where you sit to concentrate and admire or even that place to see the reflections of the lights and if the spot in the correct direction or position. It is in that moment when your spirit connects with me, your Father Almighty. I am open hands just waiting to hear from you, it that special moment, that profound moment in my presence manifested at that very moment says the Lord.

Don’t you see? It is how I am sustaining you, I, your Father am sustaining you with food. Through this food, I let you reflect, I let you admire your soul, how beautiful it is providing results that reflect these immense lighted poles. So today, let this be a reminder be, just be my faithful messenger. Let me refine you, like pure gold as you are being purified through smelting in the fire of the refiner. I am your refiner, I am the one regenerating and bringing a radical change in your heart and mind resulting in you finding me in a more profound environment.

For you, my dear, the one that sits in the rocking chair in remembrance of your grandma, looking outside the window brings you new birth, new heart, new spirit such grace, such transformational power to be glad and joyful. So today pray praise, laugh, sing, shout because I am making presence let not the spirits come to torment you but in praise, sing and shout that song I bring this freedom to you today.

Arise and remain in force, as my love stands forever there is a plan and purpose for every single individual in this beautiful place that I have given you. Minister, minister, minister my word provide the living water, so you can wake up, so you can celebrate the joy that I have given you life, life itself in renewal. Come and walk with me, walk in the light, walk-in faith, seek wisdom to help those in human frailty. Bring the rivers, let them walk in the water, let the cascade bring renewal. Widen hearts, make them bigger, let them shine.

“Be the willing heart, have your intentions set to who you will give in, find a moment to reflect on did what in your life and in love forgive and be forgiven. Open the opportunity to offer them help, open your heart and let them see how much has transformed each one of you. Let them see the light that you shine, not easy but I can tell who rest upon my kingdom can do the impossible as I am possible for you. My little ones, my children are the most precious gifts, and I hear them every day, whether it is in the garage or hiding in the cabinet, even those who go out and do other things says the Lord. Today, I stay to you lift up your doubts, do not have a doubt that you think you can hide from me as I see you, every step you take, how you work, when you go , when you stay. Take a step back and see the attitude, how I am changing all in you. If you ask me I will bring love to your house, I will change the behavior and things will run more smoothly but first of all, says Jesus on this day you have to believe, you have faith so I can move in and help you. Do you have faith in me? Do you believe me?

Is this not beautiful that I come today, bring a reflection of your past, of a moment of the realities that you lived? Do you not feel blessed that it is a new day to breathe, to sing, to be happy, and rejoice in this love. Every single thing has a solution, it may not come immediately but it will come. It is being able to see the truth that I am bringing to you. It is not about being content and comfortable, but today feel my spirit, find the truth and live it in your heart and soul.

It is to be vulnerable, it is ok to release tears, you know why because every tear you give me I am picking it up in the golden cup and transforming it into a blessing. Every scar and weaknesses will be renewed, some even made new says the Lord in this day. From death to life, so lift up and rise. It will only happen if you rise up and stand, you change your way of thinking and place mine by opening your heart, use your five senses to grow out of any circumstance. Let the phenomena take place says Jesus in this day.

Yes, you asked me to touch hearts says Jesus in this day and I have touched hearts. You asked me to open doors, and I have. You asked to part waters and create moments that you may never have thought about and the waters for parted says the Lord. I have changed many many hearts, I have made people join, listen and revisit to understand the dimension of my calling on every single person because today I am touching hearts. It is about being grateful of what I am doing, as I come to open eyes, letting you study, eating you explore and even though you still have not gone through the deepens of the water. It may a place where you have to part before the time to come where it all will restructure says Jesus in this day. I have given you many opportunities by opening door to create different modalities, charts, even be able to monitor possibilities for numbers.

You see, you may not see but I see it all. I see you revering reverence up there when you know that it is time to pray, to listen and to discern and just because your revere blessings are open in your home with your little girl who you miss immensely with your heart. She has your eyes and is the eyes of your soul. For you the one dressed in blue I see you too and know that perhaps what you think is different towards what you feel I tell you today you also listen, let it go, set it free, let it fly far away in the sky. Let him find his path, it all starts with your heart.

Let the projected brim that causes the divided be undivided. Let nations where this borders collide understand the circumstances. Bring certainty where there is uncertainty, as my angel will come blow the trumpet and you will hear a very loud pitch says the Lord in this day bringing compassion to every soul and they will find grace in order to yield kindness and there will be mercy say Jesus in this day.

Be prepared, ready for the circumstances that have been aligned. Not all words are nice but be the fountain of springs bringing water where it never existed. To the nations that have lifted but I will brightness, shinning lights to those places opening your eyes on what activities are being done. I am listening, speak to me, ask me and I shall give you what you are seeking for in this time of grace. I promised you that not pin is hidden not here nor in the heavens and all will be seen.
